Ginnie Varnam is the Music Director at Southport Baptist Church and is the Director of the Southport Baptist Church School of the Arts. She met her husband, Devon, who she has been married to for fifteen years, at Campbell University where she was studying Music Education. Ginnie has always been passionate about music and knew from the time she was in middle school that she wanted to work in music ministry and education of some kind. Devon and Ginnie have two children: Beth Ann (9 years old) and Sammy J. (10 years old) and 2 dogs: Coco (a German Shorthaired Pointer) and Hailey (an English Springer Spaniel). Ginnie is amazed at what she has seen God do as the SBC Intergenerational Choir has grown from 11 to 34 members in the past two years, and SBC School of the Arts has grown from 0 to 70 spots filled in the past year! Ginnie is excited to be a part of what God is doing at Southport Baptist Church!
