Brief info
Dr. Mike Reaves has been a resident of Caswell Beach since 1987. He retired as President of Brunswick Community College in 2005 after eighteen years in that capacity and more than thirty-one years with the North Carolina Community College System. He attended NC State University and received a Bachelors of Science Degree, a Master of Education Degree and a Doctorate Degree. He has two daughters; Ingrid and Ashley, along with four grandchildren. He became a member of Southport Baptist Church in 1988 and joined the staff in 2022 as Associate of Pastoral Car and Education. He enjoys golf and spending time with friends and family.
